Confirming Your reservation
The reservation's validity is subordinated to the payment of a deposit, which can be effectid through
"booking on-line" with credit card, per post money order or through bank tranfer to the following bank details:

Tranfer Service
Our Bus is to Your disposal to come to the airport, Railways or Bus station to pick You up (only with booking).

Arrival
At the arrival day, rooms will be to Your disposal from 15.00.                                    
We please You to inform us if You arrive after 20.00.                                                 
In case of delayed arrival, 70%  of the board price will be charged

Departure
we kindly ask our guests to leave their room at around 10.00.                          
In case of early departure, 70% of the board price will be charged.

Payment
We prefer cash payment, but we accept also credit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED CARD). We don't accept euro or traveler cheque. 
 
Smookers and not smookers
We are soory to inform You that for the italian law, from the 10.01.2005, smooking is not allowed in every area of the hotel, included the rooms.

Cancellation/Notice                                                                                             
Reservation can be cancelled only writing. If You cancel Your reservation 90 days before Your arrival,
we will return You Your deposit; after this date You'll loose it.         
For every cancellation is valid the international tourism law.

Animals
Pets are only allowed upon request - additional fee of  € 8.00 per day (feed not included); we apologize for the inconvenience but pets are not allowed to the dining room and to the wellness area.

Telephon
If You desire to receive telephon calls, we please You to be called to the following number  0039(0)436.79329. The reception will connect calls directly to Your romms.

Internet
If You desire to connecting in Internet You have two possibilities: direct with Your Notebook with our WI-FI ZONE in fast all the Hotel area or with our PC in the Internet Corner.
