The dining room for guests of Al Forte Hotel is the ideal place to spend wonderful evenings in company with friends, good wine and delicious dishes that will make you rediscover the pleasure of having dinner all together, sharing stories and feelings of a day spent among the beauties of the Fodom valley landscape. The Chef and his team pay particular attention to the quality of raw materials, using fresh and selected ingredients, most of which come from local producers on which we rely.
A rich breakfast buffet, dinner with 5 different menus and culinary events that make every meal a perfect moment to relive past traditions of the Dolomites through their dishes and flavours.
In winter season, the guests of the Hotel Al Forte can satisfy their palates once a week at the Ladin dinner, where traditional dishes will be served by the staff dressed in traditional costume.
